About Us
Fantasy Brewmasters is a community of Fantasy enthusiasts working together to create incredible beers based on fictional worlds.
Have you ever wanted to find out what a Dwarven beer really tastes like? Can you picture the beer labels a wandering Wizard might come across in his travels? Maybe the thought of infusing a beer with the breath of an Ice Dragon sends you running to the brewpot? This is what Fantasy Brewmasters is all about, different talents working together to bring authentic Fantasy beers to life.
We have implemented an Open Development business model where community members are encouraged to participate in the design of these Fantasy beers. For this reason, it is important to us to keep Fantasy Brewmasters’ recipes “open source” and available for our members to brew at home. Label designs and background stories are usually acquired through contests, and the finished products make their way to the shelves for everyone to enjoy.
Not only is fantasybrewmasters.com our means of communication in building these beers, but it has also evolved into a full on Fantasy community. Here is a list to help you get the most out of our community:
*Customize your profile – Tell us about yourself, and update your profile picture.
*Submit fan art and writings - Submit to us your latest Fantasy drawing (Include beer for brownie points) or post a story... it might be the inspiration for our next line of beers.
*Brew your own - Fantasy Brewmasters makes it's recipes open to the public. Like one of our beers, brew it up! Think something could be better about a beer... try it, better yet, send us a sample so we can try it! Either way, stop by the Brewers’ Corner Forum and let us know what you did, and how it turned out.
*Networking - Looking for an artist or a writer to team up with on a project? Looking for a job in the Fantasy genre? Meet other fans and build relationships while showing off your talents. Who knows, maybe you'll find a full time position at Fantasy Brewmasters, we do our best to hire from within.
*Contests – Keep an eye out for upcoming contests. Much of Fantasy Brewmasters’ final product line is aquired through various contests. Current and upcoming contests are linked from the Front Page of the website. Winning submissions are awarded for their work, as well as gaining recognition on a nationally distributed product line.
*Tell a friend - Fantasy Brewmasters has been built 100% for it's members, by it's members. If you brew one of our beers, let your buddies know where it came from. Know someone that's a killer artist, send them an invitation. We wouldn't be here without you, so help us spread the word.
*Most Importantly, have fun – In the end, Fantasy Brewmasters is just a group of people doing the things they love.
